1300 Number Plans

1800 Number Plans

Setup is $19 per number. 1 calendar month notice required to cancel.

Things you should know. 1300/1800 Calls are billed pro-rata in 1 second increments. Rates are quoted per minute and exclude GST. There is NO flagfall or call connection Fee. Inbound call rates vary based on caller location and answering point. Notes on FREE talk time: Applies only to Alltel Saver and Alltel Super Saver 1300 number plans and only to calls originating from a local fixed landline and terminating at a fixed landline. Normal plan rates apply after first FREE 30 minutes for the Alltel Saver plan. Advertised rates may change without notice and are for new On-Net customers. Off-Net rates may be slightly higher. A minimum charge of 15c applies on 1300 inbound calls from national, international or mobile origin (does NOT apply to FREE talk time on Alltel Saver and Alltel Super Saver 1300 number plans). A minimum charge of 15c applies on all inbound calls to 1800 numbers. A $19 setup fee applies to each new inbound number. Unless otherwise stated, there are NO term contracts . We require 1 calendar month notice if you are changing carriers or closing your account. Current rates are only for new customers applying via this website. Services are only available to credit approved customers who pay by Direct Debit. Not applicable for existing customers or competitors. Includes standard level of routing/barring.
Fees apply for initial set up of services and for making changes to services. Additional setup fee may apply to complex routing/barring configurations.

Postcode Prompting

Postcode Prompting setup fee includes 1 to 30 answerpoints. For each additional answerpoint, a $5 fee applies. For changes and additions after the initial setup, a charge of $15 will apply for each number. Postcode prompting setup fee also includes standard greeting "Thank you for calling. Please enter your postcode." If you choose to create your own, the Custom Greeting setup fee includes professional recording up to a maximum of 20 words. Monthly fees are in addition to your normal 1300/1800 number fee. 1 full calendar month notice required to cancel.
