Your 1300 number or 1800 number can be setup in
a number of ways

A 1300 number or 1800 number is simply a computerised redirection number.

They are highly configurable and can be setup to route (redirect) to different destination numbers ...

  • at different times of the day or week,
  • according to the inbound caller's location,
  • in different geographical locations

They do not require a physical phone line and are usually configured so they can be forwarded or answered ...

  • at your nominated business number, mobile phone or home-office phone number.

Example Setup: If you don't answer your destination number within a specified time (say 10 seconds), or if you're busy on a call, your 1300/1800 number can be configured to automatically redirect to another (second) number (eg. our Virtual Office where it's answered by one of our Live Operators)

  • at one of our Virtual Offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth, where our Live Answering Service receptionists greet your callers in your own business name and take your messages. You will then receive your messages via SMS to your mobile phone or via Email or both (included in plan)

  • by our automated touchtone Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Menu and forwarded to you, your staff members, departments or extensions ... about IVR >>

  • by Voice2Email, where the caller leaves a message and it is converted to a .wav file and sent to you as an email attachment.

Our 'easy to complete' Application/Order Form makes it easy for you to configure your 1300/1800 number/s, Live Answering and our other services to suit your requirements.
