Change your contact or billing details

To change your account contact details:

  1. Send a request from your authorised person’s email account to changes@alltel.com.au
  2. Include your full contact details in the email, together with a description of the change(s) required.

To change your direct debit details

  1. Complete the Direct Debit Request form
  2. Fax the completed form to 1300 255 855

Change your plan or service configuration

  1. Send a request from your authorised person’s email account to changes@alltel.com.au
  2. Include your full contact details in the email, together with a description of the change(s) required,
    for example:
    • change 13 number/1300 number/1800 number configuration settings or monthly plan
    • change live answering configuration settings or monthly plan
    • change Fax2Email or Voice2Email configuration settings

Please note that fees may apply to some of the above changes.

We endeavor to action all change requests promptly. However, depending on our technicians’
workload and the level of service complexity, changes may take more than one business day to
complete.

EMERGENCY/URGENT CHANGES: If you request an Emergency/Urgent Change, a surcharge will
be applied to your account IF we are able to complete the change within 2 hours.

Add new services to your account

If you have an existing account with Alltel, you can add/order more services by simply sending us an email with your full details and specifying the desired configuration of the service(s).

  • If required, one of our customer service team will contact you to complete your order.
