What do Call Forwarding IVR Menus cost?
IVR menus are available as an add-on service for your Alltel 13, 1300 and 1800 phone numbers.

- All prices quoted exclude GST.
- A one-time setup fee of $99 applies for IVR menus added to 13/1300/1800 Numbers.
- Professional recording of IVR menu options is NOT included.
- “To hear these options again, press 0” function may incur additional fees (to be quoted).
- Fees quoted above are in addition to regular 13, 1300 and 1800 number monthly plan fees.
- There are no additional charges for flag fall or call connection.
- Unless otherwise stated, there are NO term contracts.
- We require one calendar month written notice to cancel your service.
- Minimum cost for service (excluding the cost of your inbound number) is $109+GST.
- Fees apply when making changes to your IVR Menu Options.
- Additional account fees may apply
Note that Call Forwarding IVR menus are included as a standard feature with Alltel’s Hosted Business Phone System. There is no additional monthly charge for the IVR menu—a set-up fee does apply. Also included with the hosted phone system is a web-based self-management portal through which you can manage IVR menu audio files free of charge. (Excludes charges for professional recording.)
