- Quiet times for your business (e.g. school holidays)? No problems. Downgrade your plans during the lull, and then upgrade again when things pick up.
- Busy times for your business (e.g. end of financial year)? No problems. Upgrade your plans to deal with the rush, and then downgrade again when things quieten down.
- Not sure which plan is right for you? No problems. If the first plan you choose is not meeting your needs, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
- Live answering plan still on its three-month contract? No problems. You can change your plan for free even when it is on contract.
This allows you to fine-tune your services so that they match your needs at all times. For example, when you launch new products or special promotions, you can upgrade your 1300 Number, 1800 Number and Live Answering services at the same time to handle the expected increase in calls and save you money.

- Send a request from your authorised person’s email account to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include your full contact details in the email, together with a description of the changes required.
Any change you make during the month will be applied to your account at the beginning of the next billing cycle (that is, the beginning of the next month).
