Service Difficulties and Faults

The majority of reported service difficulties or faults are usually caused by our customers' other fixed landline, VoIP (IP telephony), cable telephony or mobile phone services and their configurations.

Making Changes

PLEASE NOTE: You must be an authorised person on the account to make changes.

TO REQUEST CHANGES to the following:

  • your contact details
  • any configuration settings for your
    • 1800 number or 1300 number
    • Live Answering
    • Voice2Email or Fax2Email

We endeavour to action requested changes promptly. However, depending on our technicians' workload and the level of service complexity, changes may take more than 1 business day to complete.

EMERGENCY/URGENT CHANGES: If you request an Emergency/Urgent Change, a surcharge will be applied to your account IF we are able to complete the change within 2 hours.
