What is the difference between SmartConnect® and SmartConnect UC®?

SmartConnect UC® has all the features of a SmartConnect® hosted phone system. What makes this unified communications solution different is that it extends business phone functionality to your desktop and mobile devices through a single, easy to use interface.

How do I access my SmartConnect UC® desktop interface?

First, you will need to download and install the SmartConnect UC® client on your desktop. Select from the following links based on your operating system.
