Things You Should Know:

  • All prices quoted exclude GST
  • A one-time setup fee applies of $25 for Master account and (if applicable) $10 for each additional namelist/team member
  • There is a minimum term of 1 month
  • We require one calendar month written notice to cancel your service
  • Initial minimum plan (including $25 setup fee) is $74+GST
  • Upgrade plans any time for free: changes come into effect on the next business day.
  • Downgrade plans any time for free: changes come into effect at the beginning of the next calendar month.
  • All calls connected/patched through by the Live Answering receptionist to your Australian landline, VoIP or mobile final answer point numbers are UNTIMED
  • If a call is routed/redirected to the Live Answering service after calling your 13, 1300 or 1800 number, normal call rates apply to the 13/1300/1800 number component of the connected call
  • Message SMS sent to more than one recipient incurs a 27¢ fee
  • Additional account fees may apply
  • We strongly recommend that you do not advertise or publish the live answering indial number you are allocated, as it is an internal system number that is subject to change and remains the property of Alltel
