Additional Information

Alltel Business Phone Lines (PSTN) are delivered over Telstra’s wholesale network.

This service is available in month-to-month and 12-month terms. When the term expires, the service will automatically roll over to a month-to-month basis.

The minimum cost for this service will depend on your selected plan. Setup costs will also vary depending on whether cabling and a technician visit is required for installation.

All prices exclude GST.

Setup charges vary depending on the installation requirements of your premises (see table above).

Note that the supply and installation of any cabling past the network boundary is not included with this service.

Please note that we do not provide support for hardware purchased from other vendors, and we cannot guarantee the operation and compatibility of phones not purchased through Alltel.

Add-ons

Additional features such as call queueing and message bank may incur additional charges.

Incorrect call out

Additional fees apply if a Telstra technician is deployed to your premises for issues not caused by the Telstra network, such as equipment or cabling faults.

Note that all additional business features such as call forwarding and call waiting are attached to your landline, and will automatically be transferred to your new service during a transfer or relocation.

Transfers

Transfers of landline services from another provider to Alltel are free of charge. An active phone number and dial tone is required.

Relocation

Relocation of an Alltel service to new premises will incur new connection charges as stated above. No break fees will apply for the previous contract, and a new term will begin. Services can be overlapped if required.

We require a 30 day advance written notice to terminate your service.

Cancellations made before the end of your contract term will incur a $75 early termination charge.
