In light of the recent developments concerning the COVID-19, we have now initiated effective measures within Alltel to ensure your business remains fully supported for continuity through the  services that we provide to you.

Alltel’s utmost priority is for the safety and well-being of our employees in Australia and abroad, our valued customers, as well as the wider community amid the rapidly changing environment that we are faced with.  We continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis.

Following the recent guidance of Health and Government Authorities, we have instituted internal changes company-wide to enable our staff to work off-site, effective as of today. We wish to assure you that our phone numbers, contact details and any other means by which we can be reached remain in place.

All services will continue to be delivered with no interruption and our Sales and Support staff are ready to assist you with any queries regarding your services or to answer questions about our product suite that allows for business to work with flexibility and remotely.

Through our powerful collaboration tools such as Unified Communications, Microsoft Teams, hosted phone systems and virtual services, our team will continue to connect and collaborate effectively with each other and our customers.
