With two decades of success in enterprise management and strategic leadership roles under his belt, Lance provides crucial insight and leadership to Alltel. His expertise and reputation as an authority in organisational growth and change management strategies has been the catalyst to Alltel's ongoing success.
Since 2017, Lance has been inspiring the Alltel team with his leadership, sharing a passion for the values and people of our team and creating a culture of diversity and inclusivity.
Elizabeth became an integral part of the leadership team when she joined Alltel in 2017, where she brought her life-long experience in business management and commercial operations. Her attention to detail and passion for customer engagement lets her team strive for best-in-class practices in customer care.
Elizabeth is a driving force behind Alltel’s change management, operational process improvements and quality assurance programs that enhance staff culture and customer experience.
Since joining the management team in 2016, Pia has brought her extensive experience in sales management and marketing leadership to support the company’s growth objectives. Her digital marketing expertise and creative vision has been instrumental in cementing Alltel's corporate credibility and brand message.
Pia empowers her teams with insight-driven campaigns, strategic product positioning and channel sales expansion to optimize market opportunities and drive Alltel's forward trajectory.
As the longest serving member in the current leadership team, Neri has been with Alltel since 2013. She serves as the backbone of our offshore operations and instils a culture of excellence, collaboration and growth.
Neri brings to bear crucial skills that she has acquired from her experience across various responsibilities and disciplines within the business. Her passion for meaningful interactions and efficient site management serves as her guiding principle in leading and inspiring our team in Alltel Asia Pacific.
Sam joined the Alltel Marketing team in 2016, bringing with him solid experience in B2B marketing for start-ups and SMEs.
With a keen eye for effective digital and brand communications, Sam has delivered successful online campaigns and web projects that has strengthened Alltel’s digital proposition and user experience. Together with his team, Sam has been pivotal in driving marketing acquisition across all of Alltel’s media assets and platforms.
Having joined in 2013, Jerome is one of the longest serving team members in Alltel Asia Pacific. He draws from his wealth of experience assisting Alltel customers on the frontline.
With his passion for training and quality assurance, Jerome takes a hands-on approach to onboarding new employees, and ensuring that the team meets the standard of best-in-class customer service through monitoring and supplementary training.
Kevin joined Alltel in 2016, and has consistently brought his passion for customer relationship management to various roles in customer service, compliance, and technical support.
His holistic understanding of after-sales assistance allows Kevin to lead the Customer Care team with exceptional empathy and proficiency, enabling Alltel to provide customer first experiences.
