And that’s a wrap

As 2018 comes to a close, we at Alltel look back at it with a certain sense of accomplishment. The past year has been one of relationships: forging new connections and strengthening existing ties. And while that might seem a bit cliché, in this case, they have led to tangible results.

We count two projects among the year’s major achievements. The first is rolling out IMB Bank’s new business phone system, which has been set up in nearly all their branches—with more due for setup in the coming months. The second is supporting the University of Wollongong’s (UOW) business incubator through our phone systems, which are used in the program’s co-working space.

Just as the UOW is empowering its students and start-ups to grow, we at Alltel aim to empower our customers as we move into the new year. In 2019, we will continue to focus on our customers’ interests—but this time, through technological innovation.

One of our first major projects in the year ahead in will be developing a call analytics dashboard for our customers. This interface will provide improved access to data and trends that can inform decision-making to drive further business growth.

At the start of this year, we might have told you what goals we were aiming for, but we wouldn’t have been able to say just what form they’d take. And it’s these possibilities—ones we’ve glimpsed, but not yet fully explored—that keep us excited for what’s ahead.
