Speed levels depend on a number of factors and may be slower than the typical speed here. These factors include hardware/software configuration, source and type of content downloaded, connection cable type, the number of users, route to host destination setup, and performance of infrastructure not supplied, operated or maintained by Alltel.

There is a 24-month minimum term for this service.

The first installation of NBN™ at a premises is free.

A technician will need to visit your premises in order to install this service; but will not require access inside the property. The technician may need to attend to your premises more than once. You will not be charged for these site visits, unless you change a scheduled appointment. Alltel will not be responsible for these charges as they are imposed by a third-party supplier.

An NBN™ compatible router is required for this service. Please note that we do not provide support for hardware purchased from other vendors.

Additional infrastructure such as cabling between the MDF and the Internal Distribution Frame (IDF) will not be installed by our technician. Supplying and installing equipment such as routers, firewall, network cabling, and other devices will also be your responsibility.

You must provide 40 business days advance written notice to Alltel, with the complete details of the address where you wish to move your service to.

You have two options when it comes to relocation costs.

  1. Keep your existing contract and pay the total cost of any remaining months upfront and in full.
  2. Re-contract your service for a further 24-month term at the new location.

We cannot guarantee the availability of this service (or a similar service) at your new location. If you move to a location where this service is not available, you will be required to pay an Early Termination Charge.

Cancellations made before the end of your contract term incur an early termination charge that equal to the balance of the remaining months in your contract term.

Early termination charges are calculated as follows:
