Basic Phone Answering plans start from just $25 and offers an Australian-based telephone answering service that’s always ready to answer the call and take your messages.

If you need something that works around your schedule, though, our Phone Answering + Transfer plans might be right for you. Starting from $39 per month, it offers the same base functionality as the standard PA plans, along with the ability for our live operators to transfer calls to you, if you’re available.

You can use our phone answering service as an after-hours call endpoint, a call overflow buffer, or a holiday call service. You can even route all calls to your inbound number to our love operators.

How does it work?

A telephone answering service works quite simply: Once a customer calls your designated inbound number on say, a holiday, the call automatically gets transferred to our Australian-based call centre. One of our trained operators will answer in your business name and greet callers with a customised script of your choosing.

At this point, if you’re on the standard Phone Answering plan, the operator will then ask for the caller’s information, and any message or concern they’d like to leave.

If you are on the PA+ Transfer plan, the operator will then check if you are available to answer the call. If you are, they’ll forward the call to your mobile or inbound number. If you are unavailable, they will take the caller’s message instead.

In both plans, an alert detailing their contact information and message will be sent to you via SMS and email.
