Issue: Some outbound calls cannot be connected.

Some outbound calls cannot be connected.

We have identified that a small fraction of outbound calls receive a 403 Forbidden SIP message.
We are monitoring these calls with an automated action to clear the respective registration, which should allow the next outbound calls.

We have been working with our upstream supplier to address this issue and have already completed a firmware upgrade to our secondary SBC, with a further upgrade to our primary SBC scheduled for 09/06/21.

Our upstream provider has notified us of an issue affecting SmartConnect mobile and desktop applications.
Issues include:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Accessing directories
- Changing status.

We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide further updates here.

An outage from our upstream supplier caused issues with inbound calling on SmartConnect services. No issues with outbound calling were detected.
