Our upstream provider has notified us of an issue affecting SmartConnect mobile and desktop applications.
Issues include:
- Receiving inbound calls
- Accessing directories
- Changing status.

We are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide further updates here.

An outage from our upstream supplier caused issues with inbound calling on SmartConnect services. No issues with outbound calling were detected.

The issue is now fully resolved.
